Property and Real Estates Law
This area of law it can be described as one of the most important and mostly used areas of law. Thousands of people in Cyprus are the owners of immovable property and/or land. The need to regulate the use and the development of such land and many other related issues gave birth to property and real estate legislations. The most common are Immovable Property (Tenure, Registration and Valuation), Cap. 224, Town and Country Planning Law, N.90/1972, Regulation of Streets and Buildings Law and Cap. 96.
